The numerically analytic methods for solution diffraction problems on multi-element gratings

Abstract


In this paper the wave scattering by finite-size cylindrical reflectors and multi-element strip gratings are studied. The use of parametric representations of integral and pseudo-differential equations for deriving singular and hypersingular integral equations is demonstrated in simplest cases. These equations are solved numerically by the Method of Discrete Singularities, which has been completely grounded.
