A rod antenna in UHF range has a real antenna pattern, distorted by the influence of surround environment. However, if two rod antennas are connected in a two-element radiointerferometer scheme according to [1], necessary conditions of reception and processing of the signals in FM-receiver are ensured, then it is possible to use such system as a direction finder of objects.

Statement of the problem in this article: height lift of antenna above the land surface (on the objects and direction finder).
