Abstract

A patch antenna array is presented to be a part of an antenna system for Maglev smart grid technology operating at a frequency of 95 GHz which corresponds to the middle of the second atmospheric transparency window. Simulation results of 2x2 patch antenna array element are demonstrated and discussed for an optimized array and feeding circuit topology at the operating frequency.
