Abstract

A study of the relation between characteristics of electromagnetic anisotropic optical fiber with ordered rotational microstructure of glass and two isotropic optical fibers. As a result, the value obtained coefficient of electromagnetic communications and transmission coefficients for power. Suggested the construction of a new type of an optical coupler.
