Abstract

Complex permittivity measurement issues are under review in this work. After considering of all existing methods it was decided to choose one of them, that according to the expert point of view is the most perspective one for usage in microwave technological complex which are performing temperature and microwave processing of oil-inwater emulsion. Measurements are carried out on the same frequency as processing. Results of the experiments are given at the end.
