Abstract

In this article, methods of effective recycling of a domestic waste of poly(ethyleneterephthalate) (PETP), based on theoretical and experimental researches of microwave electromagnetic field energy application in polymer decay chemical reaction are considered. Usage of microwave radiation energy as a heat source ensures improving of quality of flowing past response, a drop of energy expenditures and cutting of time of thermal handling in comparison with a classical heating. Heating of a reaction mixture by microwave waves together with use of catalytic agents allows to reduce duration of handling in 15 times and to reduce accordingly energy expenditures in comparison with use of vulcanizers. Effects of physical modelling have been compared with the computing experiment, consisting in the numerical solution of a joint problem of an electrodynamics and thermal conductions.
