Abstract

Localization of plane wave decomposition for the analysis of transverseinhomogeneous structures has been considered. The algorithm of numerical implementation of local plane wave decomposition on the basis of parametric spectral analysis is offered. Its advantage over algorithm based on the discrete Fourier transform has been shown for the analysis of reflection from the secondary aperture.
