Results of modelling and optimization of receiving linear antenna arrays for THz continuous-wave imaging systems, which consist of antennas integrated with hotelectron bolometers on the basis of sensitive structures of CdHgTe (cadmium-mercurytellurium) type as a detectors of signals, are presented.
