The characteristics of radiation and dispersion of frequency-spatially-polarizing structures in the form of the cylinder with a star contour are investigated in the report. Physical bases of occurrence of selective properties are considered. The interrelation of pattern of scattering and structure parameters (radius of the cylinder, number and depth of hollows) is analyzed.References
