Abstract

The solution of diffraction problem of electromagnetic pulse on finite array of 2-D metal cylinders is done by the method of separation of variables. Two methods are used. First the diffraction problem is solved in frequency domain and with following Fourier transformation the scattered impulse is found out. Second the boundary problem is solved directly in time domain.
