Abstract

The numerical-analytical method that is based on applying the Kontorovich-Lebedev integral transform and the semi-inversion technique has been developed to solving a problem of electromagnetic wave scattering on the coaxial slotted cones. The problem is reduced to the solving the infinite Fredholm system of linear algebraic equations of the second kind. The system is solved numerically using the reduction technique. The basic electromagnetic characteristics, such as the field behavior near the structure singularities, field in the wave zone and its polarization for different problem parameters, are investigated.
