Calculations of the reflection factor over the millimeter wave range are made on the basis of the theory of black body, the skin-effect theory and the electrodynamic criterion of smoothness obtained in our previous works. The results of these calculations are compared with experimental data. Errors are estimated. The application aria and capabilities of this technique are noted.References
