Abstract

The paper presents the results of simulation of a multielement receiving loop antenna intended to receive ultrawideband (UWB) pulse electromagnetic signals. The dependence of the current amplitude at its output on the antenna dimensions has been obtained. The influence of the number of elements and the antenna dimensions on the directional pattern and the received signal waveform distortion has been analyzed.
