The applied possibilities of multifrequency microwave measurements in a free space induce a large interest to creation of multifrequency radiointerferometers permitting to determine parameters of layered structures [1]. The operation of the multifrequency radiointerferometer is based on a measurement of a frequency characteristic of a reflectivity from researched structure, on transition from frequency in time (space) area and analysis of reflection peaks from the structure interfaces in time domain.References
