It is well known that the radio absorbing materials cover on the bodies for the changing their scattering characteristics. That causes some diffraction problems. One of them is the study of particularities of scattering plane electromagnetic wave in the case of oblique incident and Leontovich-Schukin boundary conditions on the cylindrical surface. This problem is not sufficient studied.References
