Investigation of behaviour of waves within periodically magnetized ferrite

Abstract

In present article behavior of plane harmonic wave within both infinite ferrite medium and semi-infinite ferrite plate magnetized by longitudial periodic field H(z) has been investigated.

The dispersion relation has been obtained and analysis of the one has been carried out. The expressions for the differential phase shift and Faraday rotation have been written and analysed. In addition the expressions of the coefficients of the propagation and reflection for semi-infinite plate have been written.
