Abstract

The ways of perfecting of radiation pattern (RP) measurements at high echo level antenna ranges by means of increasing their quality have been exhausted. Under such conditions realization of multifrequency measurements followed by data processing in the frequency domain by a digital filter appropriate to a time-domain window is alternative to the conventional time-domain methods of RP determination.

The considered approach requires measurements of frequency dependences of the transfer factor's (TF) modulus and phase. Vector analyzers are rather complicated devices of a significant error level, besides, serially manufactured devices are available not for all wavebands.
