Application of ring antenna arrays for the phase direction finding of radio signal sources with unknown modulation

Abstract
Searchless phase direction method of direction finding in passive systems with a ring antenna array is proposed. The method provides reduction of computational cost of determining the angular coordinates as compared with optimum. In this case, the loss in accuracy is a few percents. The results of simulation are presented.
