Multi-band antennas with integrated circuitry in mobile phones

Focus of this paper is on the co-design of multi-band antennas and RF circuitries. Simple circuitry can be used for matching in order to extend the antenna bandwidth. Some new design concepts are presented. Improved antenna performance has been obtained.
